You can cross the street for shopping and restaurants. Exploration is easy with Mount Shasta, Mossbrae Falls, Burney Falls, and Mount Lassen all within 80 miles. Owner and the managers are also on the property if anything is needed but we stay out of the way for your privacy. There is Starlink internet service and the solar panel array is being installed.
